She brings into therapy her sensitivity towards emotions of others and developing a connection with the subject. She handles the process with intuition, compassion, kindness, acceptance combined with an empathetic attitude and her forever evolving, open-minded and non judgmental approach to understanding and healing the human mind. She works with numerous modalities that is individual based and considers therapy to be a journey for both the client and herself, as she says in her own words, “For each client you see, you may be the only person in their life capable of both hearing and holding their pain. If that’s not sacred, I don’t know what is.”
As an artist, she believes self-expression is cleansing. The use of painting and other forms of creativity can be used as a medium to accept our feelings, emotions, pain and struggle. She believes that any art form is a medium for accepting and letting go of the suffering.
“To talk is to identify you emotions and to heal is to accept and allow and to be touched with kindness and compassion.“
